Eligible for Exchange:
- If the size isn’t what you ordered.
- If your product arrived damaged.
- If you received the different product than you ordered.
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a credit note for future use.
Exchange policy
- We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the same item is not available, we will offer a store credit or an alternative.
- We currently do not offer refunds for any purchases.

- Items on sale or purchased with discount codes
- Sarees with fall-pico, blouse stitching, or customizations are not eligible for exchange but can be altered if needed.
Return Shipping
- For eligible exchanges, the customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- In case of a damaged product, we will arrange the pickup from your address.

- Torn textiles or broken stitches.
